The Unforgetable Moment in Food Heaven 12th Dec 2008

After the visit to Fort Cornwallis, surely we want to eat again.. Bye~ to Mr Light! We walk away and get near to the beach.. Saw a weird building, dono what use of it..

Then without caring too much since dy hungry, we sure looking foward for "The Food Heaven" a.k.a Gurney Drive Hawker Centre. According to the map Gurney Drive just locate along the seaside and we could observe it's just across the sea-bed..

Therefore we thought we might walk along the stoney seaside to reach our destination. But our decision was really STUPID~! The seaside is block by E&O Hotel, and before the hotel there's a football field. We ask 1 of the player how to get out because there's fence along the field. Then he showed to us..

After got out, we walk again, looking for any RapidPenang bus. But it seems we don't get any bus and we just keep chatting and taking picture along the way..

After about 45min, we reached Jln Gurney. WTH* the hawker centre still locate far away, from the seside view, we could know that we just walk over half of our total route. OMG*, my leg was tried dy but when think of food, i walked faster and faster and I'm really hungry that time..

Finally we reach the hawker centre after almost 2hours walk (it's 5km distance, I measured it using GoogleEarth). The sky already turn dark, we rush and start looking for it's local delight..

Finally we get O'Chien (RM6), Char Kuey Tiao (M3.50), Pennag's Laksa (RM3), MuarChee (RM2), BuburChaCha (RM2) & SeeKoeTheng (RM2.50).Without waiting, We directly eat it after taking picture.. XD

After finish, we took picture again and went to Gurney Plaza for a walk..

Haiz.. Planing for tomorrow trip dy, but still no decision, stay or go visit Ipoh? Finally decide go Ipoh depending on seat available. After have a chat siting somewhere in Gurney Plaza, we leave there and look for food again..XD We 1st enjoy the fruit juice in the hawker centre..

then eat again Lor Mee RM3

and i really addicted.. =P

After we finished, it's already 11pm dy and the worst thing was there's traffic jam and we can't get neither bus or taxi..

Lastly we still walk back to our hotel T.T..

and it's just pass 12am when we enter our room.. surely we are damm tried and go into sleep~~~ Zzz...
